I'd like some help please: the driver will not install. Feedback: Please make your support portal a bit more user friendly rather than a system of hoops for your customers to jump through. PLEASE FORWARD THIS FOR TECH SUPPORT as I can't install the MPC Live driver, your stupid website won't accept this as a tech support request because I can't attach a purchase receipt even though I have got the bloody MPC registered with you already, and have had since I bought the thing (and no, I can't remember precisely when I did that either, but your system should have a record from when I first registered, yes?). Here's the message (slightly embarrassed about the rant at the start regards their tech support portal, but I'm only human, and it's a really crappy customer interface): If anyone here has any good ideas on resolving this I'd appreciate hearing them. I did request support from Akai some time back about this and heard nothing, so I'm not holding my breath. I've been unable to install the driver on this machine (my main music desktop) but really want to in order to build some expansions.

You will need to install Akai’s MPC desktop software version 2.11 or higher to use desktop versions of the plugins. This software requires an internet connection. AIR Delay Pro is designed to support VST 2 and VST3 Plugin hosts as well as full support for AU, AAX, and MPC/FORCE Standalone systems.
